The newspaper is the San Diego Union. The date is July 26, 1986.
Maverick clamps a hand over his mouth and barely makes it back in the house in time to fall to his knees and vomit into the toilet.

Finally, after minutes on end of trying to get the guy to slip up, Tony cuts to the chase. “Hey, how do you feel about Bruce Wayne?”
(Or, Steve believes that Bruce Wayne and Tony are dating and Tony wants to find out more about this new guy Bruce is actually dating. Meanwhile, Bruce and Clark are happy to sit and watch this unfold.)

In one random fight, Dick takes a badly angled shot to the knee that puts him out of commission. As his partner, and the one living with him, it's Jason's job to keep Dick off his feet until he heals. Not an easy job, not with Dick's resistance to ever staying still, but he has to do it. At least there's one way that he knows for sure can bleed out some of Dick's extra energy.
