Summary
“Hey, you good?” He asks, Lo’ak closes his eyes and tries to calm down his thundering heart once again. He then opens his eyes and stares at the lake in front of him.
“Did you do something? Want me to take cover?” At those words, he starts to tremble. Neteyam always took cover for him, even if he didn’t ask. It pains him that his dreams are so accurate with reality.
Silence falls between them again. Lo’ak feels so bad that he’s not talking but it’s like his mouth is clamped shut. Words aren’t coming to him at all.
Then—
“Oh, I get it.” He doesn’t think his brother understands. Now the fish are swimming away, far, far away like something dangerous has entered their waters. It makes his frown deepen.
“Do you blame yourself?”
Those words make him freeze.
“What?” Is the only word that leaves his mouth, quiet in shock.

As he navigates his new powers, he also decides that he needs to protect the city from some danger which has been randomly happening. Can Lo'ak stop this danger form hurting people?...
And is he dumb for taking up the task?

Kiri opens her eyes. She glances at Tuk whose eyes are watering out of fear. She knows Tuk isn't dumb and deaf, and that she probably might have heared what that Vrrtep said. The only thing she can hope for is that that Vrrtep is wrong and that he just saw her brother get hurt. Worst case, his words are true and she would tear herself limb from limb because if it was any of her brothers, she can't survive with only two....
Her head throbs as her mind screams again. Her heartbeat is like a second drum beat at the village dances back at home, Eywa's heartbeat is the main drum. Kiri inhales sharply and squeezes her eyes, trying to ignore the throbbing sensation in her head.
But she can't!
She knows that at the back of her mind, her curiosity lingers. Her curiosity is preparing her for the worst...Which brother?

Tony could feel his blood go cold in his veins as his eyes followed the hazel brown curls that disappeared behind the edge of the cliff. He couldn't register if he was screaming or not, and he couldn't even bring himself to care. He kept pulling the webbing while crying out to Friday, but of course the kid had turned off the glasses before handing them back to him, and his suit wasn't functioning either.
OR: Peter and Tony get sent to Vormir instead of Clint and Natasha, and one of them doesn't return.
