Summary
Omori has won over Sunny in the duel over the control of their shared mind and body, and he has celebrated his victory appropriately : by jumping off the hospital roof.
He, however, did not perish. Instead, Omori was transported back in time to the moment when Sunny almost drowned, before the fateful incident that ruined Sunny's life and the lives of those he cared for.
