He nodded, that’s exactly how this situation sounds right now. If he and Scott never went out that fateful night and looked for that body, or if he and Derek never became friends, or hell, if he never agreed to Deatons plan in the first place… then none of this would be happening.

As soon as his voice first came on the group call, they had to give him shit. Every handler thought they could “handle” the Phoenix team. Tame them, make them palatable, water them down. Turn them good. So they didn’t like Robert.
