Summary
Alex was never supposed to be an alpha – not at almost 29 years old. Not after a lifetime of being ‘just a beta’. Not when he already had George, the only thing that ever felt like home.
But the world doesn’t care what he wants.
George doesn’t know how to exist in this new reality. The man he once loved in secret is suddenly unrecognizable: more aggressive, more distant, more everything George isn’t.
The paddock whispers, the media speculates and between them, there’s a chasm where there used to be trust. But old habits die hard and maybe love does too. Summary
Alex told them and they did not believe him, that on the 25th of May, he was abducted by aliens.
No one believed him. He was naked and frantic, running down their little side street and away from the empty and open field where it happened. Multiple neighbours saw him and Alex can’t really blame them for being worried when they saw their 20-year-old neighbour – one they’ve known since he was a babe – run stark naked and yelling down the street. But instead of believing him, they thought he was on drugs.

Nico goes ahead and takes a glass for himself, filling it only up a finger’s width, to take the edge off, and gingerly sits down next to Toto on the couch. Toto watches him like a hawk but not really- it doesn’t really seem like he desires Nico or even wants him here.

Summary
Not for the first time, George stares at the contacts in his phone.
He switches between Nico, Valtteri and Lewis. The numbers and names blur between the tears, the alcohol and the exhaustion of his eyes but it’s always those three – because George knows that they could give him answers.
Why do I need to suffer like this? Was it like this for you too? Does it get better? What can I do better? Will it be worth it? And mostly: Why didn’t you stop me? Why don’t you care?
George tries to hide what Toto is doing to him – from Alex, Aleix and his family.
But everything comes to a head when Lewis leaves to go to Ferrari and Valtteri reveals what it’s like to be the second driver at the Mercedes Formula 1 team.George is left picking up the pieces of his mental health, career and reputation. Alone – or so he thinks…

Summary
Lance packs his little belongings, leaving the robes and the collars behind in the small room he called home for over ten years. He won’t need them any longer. He’ll never preach or pray again and he won’t ever come back. He leaves with only a little suitcase and a bag back and the flame in his heart that’s only burning for Fernando.
OR: A last bit of hope to get back together with Fernando brings Lance from the small parish house into the city - with dire consequences.
