He clenches his fists as he turns back towards his members, nails digging into his palms, heart rabbiting in his chest, fight-or-flight activated by the panicked cries and the deafening screams surging all around him. He can’t see the back of the line because paparazzi are partially blocking his view, but it seems like someone got too close to the members and was taken down by their security detail. The scuffle only lasts a couple of seconds (their guards might be few, but they are well-trained, after all)–
Seungmin doesn’t doubt the images will be circulating online for months.
Especially since the cameramen are stumbling over each other, shoving those in front of them, trying to get closer to the action, apparently trying to get a clearer shot of those on the floor–
And of Jisung, Seungmin realizes, when the crowd parts–
Jisung, who is being pulled back to his feet by a pair of managers, the side of his MAHAGRID shirt blooming red.

Minho yelps the moment he spots them.
“What are—How did you get into my house? Are those cats?”
“Kittens,” Hyunjin corrects, which still does not explain how he got into the apartment.
“Three of them, specifically,” says Jisung. He’s sitting on the couch, two of them in his arms and one meowing playfully on the top of his head. Minho fights with himself, because the kittens really are cute, but he can't admit that to these two and subsequently permit their act of breaking-and-entering. “We got them for you as a gift. You know, because you're sad?”
“I am not sad.”
For reference, Minho is not a very good liar.

Summary
Eventually, Minho’s body comes to a screeching stop on the wide platform at the base of the stairs.
He stares at the ceiling from the floor, sprawled flat and unblinking. All he feels is numb, numb, NUMB.
It’s then, at that exact moment, Minho realizes that he seriously, truly messed up.
Or, Minho overworks himself to the point of serious injury, leading to a devastating phone call as he reaches out to his members for help.

“I found him.”
Han Jisung claimed dramatically, erratic breathing sounding like the byproduct of running a marathon.
It took Lee Minho less than a second to pinpoint who was the ‘he’ in Jisung’s words. Somewhat skeptically, the dancer turned to the side, head tilted towards the direction of their balcony –
“Isn’t Hyunjin right there drawing?”
“No.” Jisung shook his head, still panting, “No, hyung – I found him.”
Minho’s cat-looking eyes suddenly narrowed in acknowledgement.
