Even though they're roommates, but they have different majors and extracurriculars so they don't get to see each other very often, but the time they do get to spend with each other is their favorite part of any day—more in love than ever. Since they're never around each other in public, they just never really bring each other up. Needless to say, when their friends find out they're dating they're all shocked.

Izuku was four the first time he met Kacchan. He had been playing in the forest just outside his village when he came across the small unconscious blonde, a large bump on his head. The boy was dressed strangely. While Izuku had on breechers and a loose small tunic, the boy had only two beaded necklaces and pants. He wasn’t even wearing shoes. Izuku muttered to himself for a while about whether it would be better to go and get help, and risk leaving him alone, or to just stay by his side until he woke up.
Izuku decided to stay by his side.

Bakugo Katsuki is the prince of the dragonborn, and is convinced that he will be the successor to their great guardian, All Might.
Izuku Midoriya is a human boy who spends his summers playing in the woods with a strange boy he only knows as 'Kacchan'.
Years pass, and Katsuki finds out All Might has passed his power on to someone else. When the new guardian arrives, Katsuki must find a way to put his pride aside for the good of his clan.

He only wanted his name associated with incredible victories against horrible villains, not known because of his relationship with Izuku or for his fashion choices or his workout routine or his side interests. That much, Izuku could understand. But the two of them had grown up worshipping heroes, hanging on their every word in interviews, gobbling up the news stories and video clips and merchandise. Izuku felt he at least owed the public a little bit of himself. But his mother was right. Not on their wedding day. This special occasion was just for them and for their friends and family.

A little smile played on Deku’s lips, masking the seriousness of his words. The white walls of the room were unbearably bright with the sunlight streaming in, but the warmth felt good against Katsuki’s skin. He grunted and moved to sit up a little further, Deku instinctively adjusting the pillow at his back.
“It’s been a while,” said Katsuki with his own wicked grin. He reached out a hand to grasp Deku’s, who understood the request without needing words. Deku took Katsuki’s hand in his and dusted easy kisses on the bruised and calloused knuckles.
“Yes, it has. At least last time it was me.”

It felt like some sort of twisted déjà vu and Katsuki thought he could puke, as he watched four of Shigaraki’s fingers wrap around a really still Deku as Kurogiri’s shadows wrapped around them.
He thought maybe, he understood now, what Deku must’ve felt when during the summer training camp he’d been unable to reach for Katsuki in time.
But Katsuki couldn’t accept it, he was going to reach in time because there was no other option. He just couldn’t-
“It’s okay, Kacchan,” Deku said, an arm-length away from him, “Thank you,” and he smiled.
“DEKU!” Katsuki’s hands reached forward but closed on nothing as Kurogiri warped them away.
