When Doctor Strange's spell unleashes a terrible effect on Peter's life on everyone forgetting who he is, he drives on as New Yorks favorite Spider-Man he can in trying to fight off evil as always and battling college a few years later at 21. All of that changes when the spell casts something of some sort he never thought would happen. Bringing Tony Stark back from another universe with different ideas then being a mentor to him, since he, as everyone else, does not remember his true identity. Things begin to heat up drastically when Peter realizes that a pit in his stomach has always craved a little more than his cute high school relationships he thought was everything. This is the real deal and Tony makes sure in making sure he remembers it as Peter struggles to keep his identity still on the down low in the new approach of their relationship.

The hallway has mostly emptied out by the time he makes it close to the door, which he opens as quietly an unobtrusively as he can, slipping inside and slinking to the first open desk he can find. As it turns out, all his efforts to be subtle are utterly useless, because before he even sits down a suspiciously familiar voice stops talking mid-sentence and greets him by name.
“Mr. Parker, glad you could make it,” Mr. Stark says, and Peter (metaphorically) shits himself.

Peter looks up at the towering shape above him and resists the temptation to crawl away, back first. His right hand scrapes at the floor, his fingers forming a fist. He can still fight. The thing is massive, though. Its eyes are lit up with a glow that scares the wits out of Peter. The bright triangle on the chest plate hurts his retinas. What the holy fucking shit?!
The head of the suit moves, something staring at him through the eye slits. Two fingers tap on the triangle as the shape leans over him, crouching. Peter jerks, his body in a panic. Away, away. Get the fuck away from this thing.
But then the metal starts shifting—not the shape, but what it's made of. It’s like dust being sucked into a vacuum cleaner. It glides into the triangle, soundless, revealing a man underneath.
“You’re just a kid,” an unfamiliar, surprised voice.
Peter meets Tony Stark. In space, of all places.

Or, let's say Tony deals with losing Peter on Titan in his own terribly predictable and predictably terrible way: by creating a replacement Peter. But then Endgame happens - Tony survives, and OG Peter comes back.
