Luz and Amity contemplate certain events and their feelings for each other in a series of private letters and diary entries.
We know that Amity keeps a diary, so I wanted to explore her thoughts and feelings about Luz. I like the idea of her addressing letters to Luz as a way to sort through her feelings, without ever actually sending them, and Luz unknowingly doing the same. These letters take place after the events in Enchanting Grom Fright, Wing it Like Witches, Escaping Expulsion, and Through the Looking Glass Ruins.

They come to a crossroads of tunnels, and Bill turns to him. “Wh-where now, E-E-Eddie?”
Eddie sighs. He has to admit defeat, or risk getting them even more seriously lost than they already are. “I don’t know. I think… I think we’re lost, Big Bill.”
“Well, what do we do now?” Stan cries.
In the quiet dark that follows, Beverly has a half-formed idea. She draws in breath, about to open her mouth to speak, when someone else speaks first. She defers to the unofficial leader of their group.
“I h-have an i-idea,” he says. “I h-have to t-t-tell you s-something. A con-confession.”
A rewrite of THAT one scene in the book to take out the underage sewer sex, and to explore what could have turned out differently for the Loser's Club with this one change.

Richie and Eddie bust ghosts, pine hopelessly, and get tangled up in the winding red thread of fate:
The sun is perfect when they finally start filming, just low enough to cast everything in a golden sort of light that almost makes the building look beautiful. Eddie steadies the tripod and gives the thumbs up and then they’re away and Richie has his game face on.
“This is your faithful host speaking, your courageous convoy to all that is chilling and creepy, Richie Trashmouth Tozier.” Richie says, tone deadly serious. “Tonight, we venture beyond the veil, mystery lovers, to a place so disturbing and terrifying my co-host Eddie has refused to venture inside.”
“This is mis-representation.” Eddie protests from behind the camera. “I’m not scared of ghosts, but I draw the line at bacterial infection.”

“If you’re done talking about Adora and Catra getting married,” says Entrapta, with all the subtlety and tact of a sledgehammer, “I have calculated the voltage needed…”
Wherever the rest of Entrapta’s sentence is going to go, it falls away. The whole room falls away as understanding hits Catra like a bolt of lightning, an electrifying shock to her system that leaves her reeling. Getting married? Her and Adora? Questions well up on her tongue — What? Why? — and she doesn’t realize she has fumbled through those fragmented inquiries until Frosta answers her.
“Um. You’re wearing Adora’s pin.”
