Summary
In a world obsessed with killing and dying, Seiko is mostly concerned with chasing off her boredom. The Academy wasn’t exactly intellectually stimulating, but dying in the second shinobi war sounded like a long walk off a short pier. Everyone is always so stressed about avoiding attention, or min-maxing skills in situations like this.
Seiko is of the opinion that those people need to chill the hell out. Maybe play a little shogi. Death comes for them all anyways. Better to enjoy this all while it lasts.
(genius self insert stumbles into disrupting a timeline with the intentionality of an elephant trampling a very fancy tea shop.)

When Yusami finds out she's been dropped into the Naruto universe, she doesn't know if she should feel relieved or cheated to have missed out on all of the cool ninja stuff.
"Both" she decides as she looks down at her favorite customer and wonders how she can sneak extra veggies into his bag without him noticing, "Definitely both."
Or: a self-insert becomes a simple grocer in Konohagakure and decides that if no one else is going to adopt the baby protagonist, then it's free real estate.
Featuring: a civilian woman beating Danzou at his own game, Naruto finding the love he's always deserved, and a hefty amount of ANBU operatives wondering if the Uchiha are accepting volunteers for that little coup/revolution.

Treat a man as he could be, and he will become what he should be.” If they'd been smart, the citizens of Konoha would have realized this. If you call a boy a monster, then a monster he shall be. Natsume has a head full of a past life's knowledge and the sinking realization that in this world, no one will step up to protect him and Naruto. So he learns to do it himself, even if it means staining his hands so Naruto can keep his clean.
