Really. Frickin. Good. Like, good enough to be a novel, if not better. I think about this fic and the proceeding one (A Friend in the Dark) on a frequent basis, and it always makes me happy. Despite the fact that the crossover is between two things that I definitely did not think would go together well at first, the whole series is masterfully written and weaves plotpoints together incredibly well in ways that blend the two series fantastically.
