Denji wasn't the best cook there is. That was a fact, and he was fine with it. It wasn't his passion, he didn't feel much joy from it and he wouldn't try to do it for a living, and that was fine. He could cook a good enough meal for himself and Nayuta and that was more than enough for him. Unfortunately, a certain primal devil didn't see it that way. He bested her at her own craft, fair and square. He showed her how little she knew about said craft. He showed her how good she could get. And now she was going to learn from him one way or the other.
Or Denji takes Falling Devil as an apprentice and the rest of the world has to suffer for it.
