His head was pounding and his hair felt sticky on his face, but none of that compared to the ache in his abdomen. Peter forced his eyes open and saw the ceiling of his cramped apartment. His sheets were soaked with sweat and he felt disgusting. He knew he should shower but he didn’t know how easily he could get out of bed, let alone make it to the bathroom
