Now Damian is bugging him about cows and family and Jason and Dick won't stop kidnapping him and Bruce is acting like court orders don't matter, like he doesn't have a huge bat-shaped secret to protect from literally the whole freaking world.
Why is Tim the only functioning adult in this situation?
This was supposed to be coated in angst, but it fell in the fluff bucket instead. (So, update, some people are saying this may not be as fluffy as I am advertising it. I plead the 5th.)

Tim had fallen asleep with two perfectly normal older brothers using him as a teddy bear as they watched Tangled. Well, maybe perfectly normal was a bit of a stretch. Most perfectly normal people didn’t run around Gotham (and Bludhaven) after dark in skin tight costumes to punch criminals. It shouldn’t be hard for one to see why Tim was not expecting to wake up in shackles.
Not that it was particularly unusual in his line of work, but he usually didn’t see his brothers standing unhindered in front of him, arms crossed.
“Uh, guys? Could you get me out of these? We should probably go.” Everything was a bit too foggy for Tim’s liking, and he couldn’t focus on Jason and Dick as much as he would like.
“No, Tim. This has been a long time coming, hasn’t it?” Tim couldn’t quite track Dick moving, but he was closer than before, close enough for Tim to see the look in his eyes. It was unfamiliar, cold and icy. There was no glimmer of laughter, of love.
Or, not everything is as it seems. But Tim is in trouble

Tim's house was always too cold in the winter, and right now was even worse for some reason. He couldn't help but think - he didn’t really go into Crime Alley, but Tim had been struck by curiosity anyway, and when he’d gone closer, he’d seen a bunch of kids, not too much older than Tim, huddled around a makeshift fire, talking. They were cold too, and maybe Tim could - invite them? There was something wrong with that thought, but Tim was too tired and cold to tell what. He was going to be warm, though, and that was that.
This had nothing to do with the fact that he was alone in his heat, of course.
Jason would like to know what the fuck this kid from Bristol thinks he's doing out in Crime Alley. No, he's not attached.

Being trapped in an airless tank had given Tim more options than lying in the bottom of Hood's bathtub, watching him pull out a knife. He'd gotten out of the tank. Hood wasn't going to let him get out of this.
