Summary
When Kevin gets injured on what should’ve been a fairly low-risk case with Peralta, Holt reprimands Jake, instead of getting all the facts right away. This leads to regrets later when they learn that Jake was also injured and was so focused on taking care of Kevin, that he completely ignored his injuries.

When the Phantom Thieves finally realise Akira is in danger can they admit to their mistakes or will they only jeopardise him further.
