Summary
In a matter of seconds, Tsukishima Kei’s entire world was turned upside down when Japan was attacked by an unknown enemy. “Being alone is different from being lonely, Wakatoshi-kun!” Tendou’s smile turned into something closer to a smirk. “I may be alone, but I’m not lonely.”
The flickering embers in his eyes said otherwise.
“You have me,” Ushijima tried, immediately disliking the fact that Tendou seemed so sad about something he couldn’t control, wanting to make it all better.
“Yeah.” Tendou’s smirk softened. “Yeah, I do.”

It’s the damn zombie apocalypse, and Satori's been separated from the two people he cares about most in the world; Wakatoshi and their daughter, Himiko.
He's on his way to their safe house when he runs into Semi Eita, or rather, Semi Eita breaks into the place he's squatting in. Satori's about to leave Eita behind, considering that he can't afford dead weight... Until he realises that Eita is wasting away to the point where each of his ribs is countable.
Well, Satori's always had that damn bleeding heart of his. Not even the military could train it out of him.
So he feeds Eita some food and decides to drag the other man along— After all, what's the worst that could happen? The apocalypse came and went already!

One year into the apocalypse and the situation is dire. Traces of civilization remain, though barely.
Amidst it all, they're still alive. Why the world's come to this, it doesn't matter. What matters is this: the world as they know it has come to an end. Civilization has been fed to the dogs. But Atsumu and Osamu are still alive, they are awake and their hearts are beating and they are still. Alive.

This isn't how Oikawa saw his last year of highschool going, he didn't even get the chance to redeem himself against shiratorizawa high or beat karasono one last time before graduating. Nope, not now.

What's he doing instead? Surviving the outbreak of a zombie apocalypse, but hell, at least he's got his team with him.

Rated mature for blood and gore, sexual scenes, underage Non-com is mentioned and implied, along with sexual assault. Extreme angst and suicide as well.
This is not a light and fluffy book, sorry.This is mostly surrounded around Aoba Johsai while still briefly mentioning other teams, I may or may not add a pov for one or two, but my main objective is to make Oikawa and Iwaizumi the center while still bringing a lot of the other team into perspective. Don't expect this to be perfectly accurate, you will be disappointed, but I'll try to keep the characters on point.

This time Tobio notices that there's something between the lines. It's there but it isn't said. Atsumu wants to tell him something. As Atsumu kisses him all over his body and repeats how beautiful he looked, the pauses he takes, the way in which he speaks. Tobio realizes that is no different than everytime but, for some reason, it's not the same.

Kiyoomi was certain he knew a lot of things. He could feel that he knew a lot of things. Yet as he stared up into pretty blue eyes under small eyebrows, he had absolutely no idea what was going on. Light brown hair slipped down his face and Kiyoomi quietly debated on brushing it back before realizing he was okay with touching a stranger for some reason.
“Hey there pretty thing,” the voice was nice, smooth and light and somehow achingly familiar, “I’m glad you’re finally awake, I almost missed your complaints about how unsanitary Atsumu-kun is.”
A smile lifted the corners of the unknown man’s lips and Kiyoomi caught himself tracing the smile for a moment. It was a nice smile, even he could admit that, and for a moment Kiyoomi’s hands lifted up with the strangest urge to touch it.
Kiyoomi has to go into surgery, that part he doesn't mind. What he does mind is the absolute confusion that happens every time he's under anesthetics. He is not looking forward to finding a video of him online.- Language:
