Branch lived in isolation on his own, gray, since he was a child. What if he coped in a different way than what was in the movies? I mean, if eating trolls made the Bergens happy…why shouldn’t it make others happy too? Being surrounded by them, they’re so close by, so easy to be near, easy to grab. Trolls are so trusting, so happy…Branch deserves to be happy, doesn’t he?
