Now on her 48th birthday (also the sunniest day of the year), as the immortal Dreamstalk is tended to for the 1,207th consecutive morning (the vast majority of which he had been there for), a slowly demoralized, but still hopeful Taranza tries speaking about the past few years to his wife with hope that maybe, just maybe, the miracle they need is right around the corner.

Summary
A few select villains from the Kirby series, specifically the Wave 3 dream friends, start receiving brutal tastes of their own medicines as they become the targets of new villains that happen to be just like what they themselves used to be.
Magolor gets manipulated and betrayed by a new twist-villain, Taranza gets kidnapped by the abettor of a new tyrant, and Susie finds herself becoming a victim to new colonizers.
It's a cruel cycle. Magolor, Taranza and Susie themselves aren't innocent people, as they used to be victimizers, and this time they become the victims. They receive nasty wake-up calls as they find out that they're not immune to getting hurt by others in the same ways that they themselves hurt others.
But despite how ironic this all is, Kirby continues to save the day. Without hesitation, he goes to save Magolor, Taranza and Susie from these new villains.
This takes place in an Alternate Universe.
