Summary
The world is not kind to women in general, but especially to women like her, and hasn’t been since the old gods have fallen and the new one has taken their place, his message of love and justice spread too thin upon the altar of powerful men who care for power far more than they care for their fellow humans.
Now that Alpha and Omega are words associated with entirely different, holier concepts, it’s heresy to be called that. The Betas probably resented them for being just the second letter of the Greek alphabet, not the first nor the last, just one of many in the middle. That might be among the reasons why they call themselves Liberti now, the freed ones, immune to the whims of nature and the caprices of the old gods.
Rose is a young Alpha in a world that considers her designation blasphemy. In order to survive she joins a monastery disguised as a man, hoping to find refuge in a quiet, secluded life. Unfortunately for her, she is not the only one of her kind looking for sanctuary between the walls of the abbey.

“You couldn’t help yourself, couldn’t you?” he finally managed to rasp between short breaths, his voice cracking, “you always have to do the right thing,”
“Not everything has to be a statement, you know?” She mumbled, annoyed at how much the last few minutes had affected her. “Plus, I’m pretty sure that the right thing would have been to let you die.”
The war is over, and, to Hux's surprise, capital punishment is not an option in the newly reborn Republic. His life sentence will be served in a new space station called The Monument, built to monitor and contain the massive asteroid field that once was the Hosnian System. Some might say that there's almost some kind of poetic justice to be found in convicting a man to a lifetime of rebuilding what he has destroyed, but there's nothing poetic in the complex, abrasive relationship he ends up developing with the Chief Developer of the project, Rose Tico.

Summary
A tall figure stops at the wrecked doorway of what’s left of the Tico living pod. For a moment Rose struggles to see. The air is thick with fog, smoke, and just their breaths. She squints as the stranger takes a few steps toward them, and when a tick, wooly great coat is draped around her and her sister’s little bodies, she can only grasp at it eagerly even though she can barely feel her hands anymore.
The face staring at her and Paige belongs to a man in an Imperial uniform. His features are not monstrous like Rose had imagined from the tales of the villagers. He’s a man, a common man with green eyes and a fiery red beard. She had never seen someone like him, and she just stares at him in awe and fear. There’s not an ounce of kindness in his eyes as he lifts Rose in his arms, still wrapped in his coat, and holds her firmly against his hip before offering his free, gloved hand for Paige to grab.

She would have kept on living in Thor's blond locks and gentle heart, but it was no mystery that while Thor was his father's heir, Loki was undeniably hers.
The legacy of her seiðr lived within him, but Frigga knew that wouldn't be enough to remind him of who he really was. Not with the little time she had left. A retelling of the Loki series but with a certain unaware Astrophysicist thrown in the mix.

Summary
Her face didn’t seem younger, not noticeably, but her eyes were. They were rawer, less guarded, and still as intelligent and lively as he remembered them.
"Who are you?"
She was indeed Sylvie but she wasn’t his Sylvie, not yet. Loki found himself considering the possibility she was just another Variant, but he discarded that option almost immediately. Maybe the timeline was a mess right now, but he severely doubted there could be many female Loki Variants out there, running from one apocalypse to the next. The obvious conclusion at this point was that she was, indeed, the right Variant, just at an awfully wrong time, a time in which she didn’t even know who he was.
What were the implications? Was he going to change their future by revealing his identity to her? With the universe in shambles, did that really matter? Just in case, he tried a softer approach for now.
“A friend,” Loki had to refrain himself from winching for how soft and broken his voice sounded as he spoke to her. They were more than friends, much more than that, but something told him this Sylvie wasn’t exactly ready to hear that.
