Summary
One of a few survivors of a ferry that sank in the Atlantic. Catra is alone, Orphaned, and deathly afraid of water. After already having gone through a few traumatic years of loss, bullying and self-isolation, Catra finds herself in her first year of university, content with keeping her head down and getting on with her work. At least that was the plan.
After being forced into a group work project Catra discovers a group intent on befriending her, who accidently dig up the repressed feelings of loss and loneliness. Catra must once again battle with the ghosts of her past, fight her fears, navigate the long-forgotten waters of friendship, and struggle to accept the hardest concept of all: She is not alone.
