Summary
The Rebel Alliance has their doomed cause, and now Han Solo has his: Keep Luke Skywalker breathing until he realizes what a karking naïve idiot he is and unquestioningly follows all of Han's advice.
Han Solo is a scoundrel, and a rogue, and a guy who's just trying his best when Luke Skywalker fumbles chest over camtono into his life. Turns out he might sorta love the guy in all the ways there is to love another person, even as they fight a civil war and life and circumstances change both themselves and everything else around.
The problem is that Luke's a little lonely by nature and always on the hunt for love, and Han, who's sworn to protect the kid from both the universe at large and his own efforts toward idiotic martyrdom, doesn't think that there's anybody in the galaxy who's even close to good enough for him. Han's not going to stick his nose into any of Luke's relationships, not if Luke doesn't want him to, but boy howdy do they give him one hell of a headache.
[Or, the 5+1 things fic that spun entirely out of my control, where it's Han, Luke, the five men who loved and lost Luke, and the one he eventually married, all over the course of 10 years. Spoiler alert, it's not Han.]

“Skywalker.” Din says, crossing his arms, already annoyed at the car parked in his usual spot. Skywalker looks just like Din expected him to. All flash, no substance.
“Exactly,” he grins and looks Din up and down. “-you must be Mando.”
“Guilty as charged.” Din says, “-if you’ll excuse me, I gotta bring-”
“Want some help?”
“No.” Din says, immediately. “-it’s my job.”
“Oh, I don’t mind.” Luke grins, “-Owen would insist on helping you.”
It’s annoying that Mando is handsome, Luke thinks. Makes it harder to hate this interloper on sight.
“You’re not Owen.” Mando points out, raising a brow.
Luke gets the feeling he’s just been insulted straight to his face.
“No.” Luke says, "I'm not.”
Nevermind. Maybe hating Mando will be easier than he expects.Camie's getting married. Estranged from Owen & Beru, Luke goes home for the first time in 10 years. He's not looking forward to meeting their farmhand, the man who’s been living his old life ever since he left. Din isn’t particularly excited to meet Luke either; not when he already hates him for abandoning people who are like family to him now.

Summary
Some may think it odd that a flower shop could be run by a Jedi - Luke disagrees.
“Luke,” Luke blurts, all semblance of calm he had been working to maintain gone. He fumbles to tuck some of his hair behind his ear as a distraction before he tries again. “My name is Luke.”
Luke doesn’t tell him he’s the only one that runs the shop with his droid. There’s no need to ask for him, ever, but Luke wants him to.
The Mandalorian nods again. “Thank you.” Then, almost a forced afterthought: “Luke.” After, he’s gone, the bell tinkling over the door and sunlight shining off the polished armor as he steps out.
Luke leans over the counter, stretching to catch a glimpse of the man again before the crowds of Galactic City swallow him from sight.

Along the way, he meets a sassy swordsman and takes refuge from a winter storm in his community. As winter grows harsh, Din finds it difficult to find reasons to leave once the ice thaws. Especially as the swordsman wiggles his way into his heart.
