His teen years were the best of his life for Fumikage Tokoyami. The years following were good, and he even got married to Tsuyu Asui. But, one night when he came home, he walked into an affair. Not being able to hold his tears in, he heads to Shouji's "Dupli-Bar" to get a couple drinks to wash his sorrow away. And also listen to the music Jirou and her band play there. Unbeknownst to him, a friend of his that he never really talked to much to is there. They Re-Spark their friendship, and from there, things can only get better. Right...?

Summary
Koda Koji had never had many friends. Much less felt like he ever belonged anywhere. He doesn't know how to properly communicate with others without panicking, relying on Sign language to do so instead. Koda wants nothing more than to be a hero. He wants to be able to help as many people as he can and show them that anyone can be a hero. But he still can't bring himself to ever talk and feels like he's nothing more than a coward. Believing that all the kids who picked on him were correct and that he had no chance of becoming a hero. All this changes when he arrives at U.A. High and meets someone who'll change his life forever. How can one person's smile make you want to do so much?
