It started right from the moment Lan Xichen had set his eyes on Meng Yao. The boy stood there with his head bowed listening to the words that came from the other disciples and he’d been angry. So angry. There was hurt showing on his face but Lan Xichen could practically taste the other emotion sitting below the surface. His neck was showing just enough and Lan Xichen wanted to step into the boy’s space and sink his teeth on that pale slip of skin.
