Summary
Kirby Fae AU. RosenRot in German means Rose Red. (Though in correct German, Rosenrot is an adjective more akin to the adjective roseate, but those are details) It is also a song from the German band Faun.
The pun in this word is that the rot (pronounced rod) sounds a lot like the English word rot. I keep pronouncing Rosenrot as Rozen-Rot, as in 'the rose is rotting', and I thought that is just incredibly fitting. Also, rot in Dutch and German is still rot in its simplest form, so technically, rose rot is a rotting rose (or gerotten roos in Dutch) if you stretch it a bit.
Everything in this series is part of the same universe. However, if there is a non-canon fic or ending in this series, they will be tagged as canon-divergent.
