Summary
After surviving a brutal kidnapping and killing his abductor, Terrence Blake forces them to relocate to North Denver, hoping the distance will Finney rid the trauma.
His father promises Finney and Gwen that he’s done with drinking and his abusive behaviour. His promise ends up breaking and he ends up worse than before.
Starting over seems to be great for Finney so far. At his new school Finney finds himself a group that he fits into perfectly, he's slowly becoming the person he was before the Grabber. That it is until tragedy strikes.
Luckily Gwen is there for him, but even she begins to drift away from him as she gains new friends and popularity.
