Fizz reached out and touched the splash of white scar across Blitz’s hip. “It’s not fair,” he said softly. “Why do you get to look like that when I–” Fizz kneaded his chest with his other hand. Blitz recognized the movement. Since childhood, Fizz had said that a feeling of tightness in his chest always preceded a panic attack.
Blitz was no good with words. Guilt swirled through him like silt through disturbed water, but he was so used to this feeling that it barely registered.
Instead, he pushed Fizz down on his back on the tumbling mats and knelt over him on his hands and knees. He lowered his mouth to kiss him, and Fizz wrapped his arms around Blitz’s neck.
Ozzie asks Blitz to escort Fizz to practice, and the two of them reminisce while getting handsy.

What a fucking joke.
If Jotaro was really a guardian angel, then by all rights he’d turned out to be the crappiest out of all of them. No guardian angel worth his salt would’ve allowed Kakyoin to fall to such a brutal fate at the end of Dio’s fist. No guardian angel would’ve gaped at a crumpled, bloodied body, too swallowed in shock to do a single thing as other people Kakyoin didn’t even know raced to save the life of the one he was supposed to protect. No guardian angel would simply sit here, haplessly, unable to do a single thing more to help other than lose sleep and hold his hand.
But it was all Jotaro had to offer.

“You don’t think I can take it?” Kakyoin stuck out his lower lip, lifting his eyes to fix Jotaro with an irritated glare. “You’re not gonna hurt me, professor. I’m not scared.”
He was right. And that was the problem. Kakyoin should be more wary when it came to dealing with a man like Jotaro. He shouldn’t be so willing to throw himself onto someone twice his age, ignoring his own instincts and boundaries just to do whatever Jotaro said. If he wanted to, he could dredge the depths of his fantasies and come up with the most depraved sex act possible, almost entirely certain Kakyoin would agree to it without hesitation, just because it was Jotaro who proposed they try it out. That kind of trust was dangerous. He thought Kakyoin should know better.
He was lucky that Jotaro still had a bit of a conscience left.

She reached out a hand and rubbed at the top of Kakyoin’s head. It was weird but comforting.
“You’ve been in a coma for about twelve years, dear.”
Kakyoin’s mind felt blank. He wasn’t sure what he was thinking.
“Oh.”

Alternatively, after about twelve years, Kakyoin finally awakes from a coma. Unfortunately for him, his old friends believe him to be dead, and they're rather difficult to find.

Below them, grey boulders stained green stood up like monoliths, warding off anyone who dared to climb its peaks. Except, of course, the marine biologist who crawled in and out of the stone forest to get to the small beaches and tide pools within. From up on the cliff it looked deceptively far down, but in reality, it was only about a ten-minute walk. At least for the able-bodied, it was.
