Summary
Starting after Shamshel/Episode 4, angels arrive in a different chronological order than in canon, as do certain other events. In the midst of all this, Shinji, Asuka and Rei form bonds to each other, that will eventually result in romance. Promised ;) But of course, even so angels screw things up, SEELE keeps plotting and Gendo advances his scenario.

Summary
Three months before the Third Angel reached Tokyo-3, Shinji Ikari surprised his uncle one morning by requesting permission to sign up for martial arts classes. Tomoe Ikari thought it over, gave his consent -on the condition that his nephew did not allow his newfound interest in physical fitness to affect his schoolwork- and made inquiries at a respectable local dojo.
Some hours later that same day, Asuka Langley-Soryu walked into an Internet cafe in Berlin, accessed an anonymous remailer service and sent a long and detailed message to Kaji Ryouji telling him several things he wasn't previously aware of. The message contained a time and a place to discuss these revelations further.
Later that evening, Rei Ayanami walked into Commander Ikari's office and slapped him hard enough to knock his glasses off.
Events had ceased to proceed according to the Scenario.

When GLaDOS wakes up in a tube in a human body that hasnt been used in decades with the only clue being a name she can blame it all on, what seems like a major inconvenience at first entirely changes the way she sees her existence. The only constant through everything is a particular test subject, and GLaDOS finds out there's quite a lot more to being human than exchanging oxygen for carbon dioxide.

Summary
It's funny how a little change in events can impact everything after. And sometimes, it become just that much harder for everyone. But even if it's a bumpy road getting out, and more importantly, gaining her forgiveness, nothing's going to stand between Wheatley and redemption.

Summary
GLaDOS effectively forces Wheatley into a weird kind of servitude--leading--in the most elaborate guilt-trip ever devised. Wheatley would rather she just got it over with and kill him, but we can't all get what we want. This new arrangement bends their tenuous relationship into novel forms and forces to the center everything that went wrong before...and that's a lot of things.
