Wheatley not quite believing that the monster who almost killed Chell was him. He's submerged in guilt and would do anything to make up for his monstrous mistakes he's done to his only friend. But before he can even apologise to Chell Glados is going to make sure he pays for his mistakes of taking over her facility and almost killing her best test subject. His first dire punishment. And it had taken Three years for guilt and longing to rot into something heavy enough to finally have the pin break the camel's back, to go through her pride and pass through her stubbornness. To build up a hunger to see her face again, a hunger that overpowered the instinct to run in the opposite direction.

Glados lived her life in sheer lines and meticulous execution. Everything from her appearance to her work to her interior design was intentional and precise, and this extended to her garden.
When she’d first moved in, she went through gardener after gardener, all yielding less than satisfactory results, before coming to the realization that if you want something done right, best to do it yourself. So that was how Glados found herself, on a few evenings during the week and several hours on weekends, elbow deep in potting soil or extracting weeds from pots and beds. She had a system, and it worked flawlessly for years.
Then she moved in.

I somehow managed to get my Dad interested in the Portal series and now we're playing co-op together. Chapters may be infrequent, but each one that is posted will be a highlight of the absolute insanity it is to try and work together as a team, all the while giving Atlas and P-body a little bit of their own character as well and maybe-possibly including some plot.
I originally wrote this as a joke, but liked it enough to continue writing more, so thought I'd share it here!
