Summary
What to do when someone poisons his heart with love? It's not fair, knowing they'll disappear after he reveals himself to be a parasite devoid of any human qualities. First he loves his partner in crime, then his chess partner, his savior, and the human he messed up on purpose.
Love loses meaning. It passes, like everything else does. Happiness or unhappiness, does it matter?
To summarize everything, one by one loved people leave Osamu Dazai utterly alone. No promise matters, no God matters, no book matters, and neither do his feelings matter. Dazai is simply unlovable.

Summary
"I forgive you." Tachihara mutters, it's the only thing that could go through his throat. Tears involuntarily drip down his cheeks. He has never cried. Only twice, on the day he got notified of his brother's death and the day he got taken in by a certain man into ADA.
"Don't bother." Akutagawa hisses out, yanking his hand away from Tachihara's grasp. It wasn't that he was arrogant enough to believe he didn't need to apologize, he was simply undeserving of forgiveness. "You don't need me."
"But I do. I sure fucking do. I fucking need you like air, Akutagawa, understand me!"
Or, to sum it up, Akutagawa and Tachihara try to learn how to properly love each other. Sure, things are a bit messy in the beginning, but as their love and trust in each other grows, so does their ignorance to their reputation.

“Yeah?” He answers distractedly as he takes some of his last fries. They always put the exact good amount of salt; it’s delicious. Definitely one of the best fries he’s ever had.

Suguru almost chokes on the fries he just put in his mouth.
“Like in a I want to kiss you so badly way.” Satoru adds, almost swallowing his words.
Satoru and Suguru go eat some KFC after a mission. And isn’t it the perfect moment for Satoru to confess his feelings to Suguru while they’re eating fried chicken?
(Suguru’s not sure he agrees with that, but he loves this idiot too much to care.)
