“Hey, I’m Minho,” he says. “Nice to meet you.”
Jisung has no excuse for what happens next. He’s been staring straight at Minho’s lips since the second he saw him, so of course he can see it in clear definition when Minho opens his mouth and reveals, amongst various more humanoid features, a full set of fangs.
Instinctively, before he can stop it, Jisung flinches back against the wall. He keeps his breathing in check and tries not to let it show on his face, but he’s sure it does anyway. His thoughts are immediately confirmed in Minho's quiet smirk.
“Your reputation precedes you, Jisung-ah,” he giggles, flashing his fangs again. They’re almost glowing, really. So shiny, and so sharp.
Jisung, notoriously terrified of vampires, meets a hot vampire at a party. What could go wrong?

Standing in the doorway, backlit by the hallway lamp, wearing Seungmin’s old Nirvana shirt which goes halfway down his legs, Jisung looks closer to an angel than Chris thinks he’s ever seen before, ever will see. All of a sudden he understands Jeongin’s cross necklace.
None of this is ever vocalised, but Jisung hears it just the same. He pads further into the room, leaves the door ajar, steps led by the light beyond it. By the time he’s next to the bed, Chris knows to scoot over and make room. It’s muscle memory for him to open his arms, muscle memory for Jisung to fall into them.
It's been ten years since they first met.
