Summary
After a few months of dating, Plasma Ball decides she wants her new boyfriend to meet her parents. She hasn't seen them in a while, and she does miss them a lot.
But coming home opens up a lot of old wounds for her. One of those was her refusal to admit that Paper Puppets fundamentally changed her.
She hasn't changed. She hasn't.
Knight Helmet wants to help her. He wants to help her parents.
He can't let any of them down.
So...what can he do here?

Leafy.
She was still out there. He knew it.
He’d been with her when the storm hit. He was with her when all their cabins and built-up progress on Dreamier Island got knocked down by the storm. He knew she was out there because he knew she was strong.
He had to be. He was there. He’d find her.
“You weren’t there.” The small, nagging voice in the back of his head nagged. Firey groaned, palming his neck as he tried to shut those thoughts out.
He was there. He was there. He was always there for Leafy because she was his friend.
“Thanks for recovering me…”.
Firey shoved a handful of leaves into his face to shut his mental clockwork out. NO, BFDIA was a different time. That was a time when he was stupid, when he didn’t know any better.
He cared. He did, he really did.
“...stranger.”.
It was no use. He couldn’t help but remember. He couldn’t help but reminisce.

Or in other words, Firey slowly realises he isn't a good friend. He is the farthest thing from a "good friend" and the realisation burns away at him.
Can be seen as romantic of platonic Fireafy.

Summary
If there's something Pin hated, it was losing every part of her identity and ability to move back in BFDIA. She always feared losing her ability to move and express herself, and losing her very autonomy as a person.
Yet, she finds herself craving some semblance of restraint now and then. Which is why (with help from her girlfriend) she's gonna do something that even shocks her for their next sexual encounter.
All the while, putting her trust and heart into the girl she loves, and her devious, cunning ideas.

Summary
Fan and Test Tube are friends. Better friends than they've ever had in their lives.
Yet, neither can grapple with their kinship because of the events of episode 14. Each blames themselves for everything that went wrong, and neither wants to admit to how much they care for the other in fear of hurting them more.
For Fan, he doesn't want to put Test Tube through all the stress of thinking she let him down and hurt him again. Even if he was hurt, he'd rather be hurt in silence than hurt her too.
For the Test Tube, she can't imagine Fan being safe with her. She failed him once, so what chance is there she won't fail and wound him again even worse? If she can't do that, she doesn't want to keep him too close.
But neither can push the other away. Like polar opposite sides of a magnet, they both want each other, and both need each other.
They both care too much to let their fears keep their broken hearts and psychologically shattered minds apart.
Sometimes, it's better to heal with someone you can trust than by yourself.
