I feel like it would be best to mention that the title is The Aftermath, small bits of the before will be mentioned,but as I'm not good with world building quite yet it'll just be the effects or aftermath of the act. “What exactly is the plan?” Ochako murmurs quietly.
“Uh… ask Rai?” Momo responds, moving slowly back towards the group.
Tsu leaps back into the circle they had formed. “He’s not here,” she says.
“Why not?” asks a fourth vigilante, blocking a knife with his arm.
“Didn’t he get stabbed?”
Izuku sighs tiredly into his mic. “Guys, I love you… but you’re all idiots,” the five jump. “You do know coms exist, right?” he asks.
The microphone picks up another voice. “Stop ignoring us!”
Izuku pinches the bridge of his nose. “Alright, Discord, contingency 155,” he slurps on his milkshake, “sub section 23.”

Shinsou and Izuku get accused of being traitors, the Dekusquad defends them, they fail, chaos ensues, I suck at summaries and somehow it ends with nine missing kids who happen to be vigilantes.[On an indefinite hiatus]

“Yeah,” Schlatt says. His voice cracks. “Yeah. At least I’ll have you guys, though. I’ll be fine.”
“Right,” Charlie says. “We’ll be fine.”
Schlatt’s quiet. The blinds rustle again. “It’s fuckin’ snowing,” comes his broken voice. “Charlie.”
“I know,” Charlie swallows. “I -“
“It’s July,” Schlatt says. “God, Charlie. It’s July.”

Papyrus is gentle and kind-hearted, yet loud and lively, almost totally innocent of the woes of the world. At least that’s what most people think. In reality, he is underestimated and infantilized by his family and even his own brother, who refuses to reveal the secrets of their past to him. Increasingly depressed by the actions of his peers, Papyrus turns to drugs to get away from it all.
Mettaton is glamorous and egotistical, yet loving and generous, assumed by fans to be untroubled both in and out of the spotlight. However, he too is plagued by a dark past—including the worst possible betrayal by a close friend. All in all, the abuse he’s suffered has left him craving for love in the worst of places... so he's given his heart to the very man who shattered it.
When Papyrus and Mettaton meet, sparks fly, and they begin to find in each other the love and respect they’ve needed all along. There’s only one thing standing in the way of true love, and that’s the walls they’ve built around their own hearts. Can they knock them down in time to save themselves and each other from the demons within and without?
