Alex Quackity: Look, Thomas Innit, or Tommy as he prefers to be called, killed Dream. This is not the question we are dealing with in this trial. We know where it happened, we know when it happened, we know he was the one who shot Dream point blank in the head. Those are all facts of this case. The question we are raising here is why it happened. The prosecution has suggested to you that it was done out of anger and hatred for the man who had been taking care of Tommy since he was 16. “Yeah, sure,” Tommy agreed, knowing that if they said he was kidnapped, it would keep people from getting suspicious of why he was seen in public with Siren. “Anyway, can I get the chicken nuggets happy meal, with a coke?”
or, how Tommy—who is not a hero, or a villain, or even a vigilante—saves the life of one of L'Manberg's most feared supervillains, and accidentally ends up becoming the resident doctor for every supervillain in town (and maybe gets a family along the way too).

Summary
The were the fuck-ups, the outlaws, the kids who society didn’t want anymore. Dream himself had been running from his notoriously cruel father ever since he'd escaped with his little brother, Tommy. Four years on the run, four years with Tommy being under Coach Philza's care, four years of escaping death at every turn.
So yeah, the Essempi Dragons weren't the mentally stable. But that never stopped his team from being one of the best Exy teams in the country. Alongside the Antarctic Ravens, of course.
And it all came back to Technoblade.

The police are going to come to the house, again, they’re going to interview Tubbo, again, they’re going to assure them that it looks like Tommy’s foster family left and took him with them of their own accord, again, they’re going to say they’re doing everything they can and they take kidnappings very seriously, again.
They’re going to take the letter and sweater, probably.
It doesn’t really matter though, to Tubbo the most important thing is that he just got confirmation of something he knew was true.

Tubbo's been busy in the time since Tommy's kidnapping. He knows his friend is alive, and he knows that with his experience with true crime and Ranboo... having a driver's license they can track down and save him.
At least that's what makes sense in Tubbo's head.
Maybe tracking down serial killers isn't the smartest plan.
