Snippets of moments in Lena's life, centered around her issues with touch aversion and PTSD. This series serves to explore what her life might have looked like if the traumatic events she experienced throughout her adolescence actually had an impact as opposed to being plot points which never lead to long lasting effects. No superheroes, no fancy job titles or lives. Just a teenager, then an adult, and so on.
This is about Lena, and the ways she copes with the world. Sometimes alone, other times not.

Not much later, Lena fell asleep on the sofa, her head resting in Kara’s lap as Kara ran her fingers through her hair. Lena snored gently and Kara couldn’t help whispering into the night, “You deserve more good days, Lena. And I’m going to do everything I can to give them to you.”

Kara tries to find out Lena's birthday so she can give her the best birthday ever, whilst also being there for Lena on the worst day of the year for her.
