Bowser had a plan, you see. A brilliant plan that would enable him to infiltrate Princess Peach's costume masquerade ball, and woo her with the knowledge of what he's like under all those rippling muscles and his rugged, handsome face. What better way to do that than pretend to be something you're not and disguise yourself with a potion, right?
Only problem is that Bowser is having a little difficulty, and he's easily distracted from his initial goal.
Luigi, on the other hand, finds it much easier to be bold and flirt with the handsome man who has been hovering on the fringes of the ball when he has a mask covering his face.

Anyway, it's a Super Mario AU with royalty, knights, and dragons. While Mario is away, Princess Toadstool hosts a party. Without Mario, Daisy (with Peach's help), convince Luigi to fully dress-up in a beautiful gown and crown at the party, something Luigi has been curious to try. Luigi and Prince Peasley have been an item for a bit, and instead of a proposal, as Luigi was half-expecting, Peasley breaks up with him.
