With his past coming up to catch him off guard, he finds that his team is a lot more reliable than he thought, SHIELD is a pain in the ass but not near as much as HYDRA, and the good old days don't always stay buried.
Spoilers for all of Leverage, but this starts off being AU from the show by season four, during the Rundown Job (I think, need to check and make sure and rewatch the series to fix all that I've written as well).
