Summary
This will be a series of little snippets of the progression of Samira and Jack's relationship after the events of Part 1 - Utah. They won't be in any particular order for now, but if I start to develop more of a timeline, this might change. As a little creative challenge to myself, each snippet will focus on one of the many codes that can be called at a hospital.

“ ‘Scuse me, baby,” he says as he gingerly grabs her waist with the ghost of his fingertips as he scoots past her during prep. He doesn’t register what he says at first until he feels Sydney still completely and he turns sharply to her as they lock eyes. They are both frozen with their mouths slightly agape. It feels like they stare at one another for at least 10 minutes but truly must have been like a few seconds. And then Ritchie barges in to grab something (oblivious as ever) and Carmy takes the opportunity to shuffle the fuck out of there with some half-assed excuse about needing to go over the ledger and practically leaping to the office.
Chapters can be read individually or as a series! The basic formula is emotional bonding and passionate SydCarmy sex. Will incorporate more tumblr prompts into other chapters but most are my own creations.

Carmen Berzatto is the golden child of women's hockey. Having left her Danish team to be the captain and lead scorer of The Bear, she seems miserable and frustrated at everything, including the middling success of the team. And she really does not like Sydney.
Sydney just wanted to play good hockey. Really, she did.
