Summary
In a bet with the self-proclaimed god 'Being X', Tanya Degurechaff is reincarnated 12,000 years into the future, believing that Being X's disconnection with that future is a result of humanity moving on from their faith in him. If she's wrong, her soul will have nowhere to go and fade away. If she's right, she can stand victorious once more over Being X. For better of for worse, however, she was wrong. Humanity's final hour has chimed, its legacy laid bare across the shattered remains of a broken world. The new world is colorful, but trapped underground, many long to see it. Countless legacies show their lasting influence on the world as Tanya, now the last human, at least mentally, must accept her new existence in a world where sea creatures rule the land.

With Being X punished for what he did, Tanya is offered another chance; a world where humanity is at war in a desperate fight for survival. Reborn once more with a far more favorable start, Tanya sets out to purge the world of all that would threaten her new life.
