Summary
Eyebrows furrowed at the smoke and heat of burning fires, Caine hastily grabbed for the vague mass of a figure between the large, thick soul flames, struggling through the chaotic fire of flesh. The heat was immeasurable, burning the fur off of their bloodied fingertips, but they continued to rip away the stranger’s soul, all of their might put in an attempt to cease the ear-piercing screeches of the damned, to end this once and for all, every scream from the being, crying Caine’s name. The countless failed bodies and nights of dedication that ached their body, taking them away from what they wanted to do, would not become useless. It would have a soul, perfect or not.
