    She stopped at the edge of the black smoke, tilting her head down and squeezing her eyes shut with all the energy she could muster. All of a sudden, as if there was a giant hand forcing her mouth open, a thick, tar-like, substance spilled out of her lips. More screams followed all at the same time, thousands begging, wailing, whispering, pleading before they all joined together in order to sing as one:

    “Seek the Hub where the Hare takes flight
    To Bargain with Songs in the Dead of Night
    The Sun’s Heart shall guide your way
    As Shadow thins to ghostly gray
    One Bond breaks to mend the soul
    And make a fractured union whole”

    Rachel collapsed onto the ground with a heavy thud. The campfire died out. The camp was silent once more.

    Chiron made eye contact with Nico from across the dark. “Nico di Angelo, come with me.”

    OR

    Will and Nico go on a quest to save the world (again) while trying not to humiliate themselves with their feelings for eachother.

    When Draco Malfoy was four years old, his sister disappeared. Squibs had no place in the world of blood purity and the Sacred Twenty-Eight.

    But Annabeth Black was more than just a Squib. She was a demigod, and demigods weren't safe in the world.

    Draco needed protection, and Annabeth knew just how to give it to him: Camp Half-Blood.

    In other words: A Percy Jackson - Harry Potter crossover where Draco Malfoy is a demigod son of Aphrodite and Annabeth's stepbrother.

    In one universe, the Gods were blessed with children and never had to go without, using them as cannon fodder or simply taking their very presence for granted.

    In the other, the gods don't have such a blessing. Instead, having been cursed by Kronos for all their children to die before they can get to know them, before they can breathe- only a few surviving long enough to ascend to godhood. These Gods don't take their few surviving children for granted or send them on dangerous, life threatening quests. Surely they won't mind a few more?

    Percy wakes up in the middle of the woods in the middle of nowhere with no prior knowledge about being sent on yet another quest- not even the time limit or what he's supposed to do.

    A sudden noise made Uranus draw to a stop, something in him perking up at the somehow familiar sound. He flexed his hand around the umbrella grip and turned to look down the alleyway next to him, internally hoping he wasn’t about to walk into a mugging or something. The noise sounded off again - and this time Uranus recognized it despite the pounding rain all around him.

    “Is that a cat?”

    Or; Uranus rescues a cat - a cat that seems oddly familiar, and that definitely doesn't act like a normal cat.
