She can’t come up with a good lie, either -- a whole two seconds after seeing Villanelle again, her brain is still busy numbly cataloguing her every too-fast breath and rushed heartbeat. “Uh, I’m pretty sure we ran into each other at a conference, once?”
“Oh.” Elena pauses. “I wish I had her jacket. Her outfit is amazing.”
Eve’s smile would probably be a little less fake if she could entirely convince herself that she’s also thinking about Villanelle’s clothes, and not what’s underneath them.
But she and Niko are trying, right? So she smiles harder.

Sansa has a texting fail, when she inadvertently messages her mother’s colleague Petyr Baelish instead of Margaery Tyrell. The problem is that she hasn’t accidentally confirmed dinner plans, or asked him to meet her for cocktails or tried to discuss work with him. No – she’s sent him a very explicit, very private message, which unfortunately names him as the subject. This would probably be fine – mortifying, but fine – if Petyr was a good man and either ignored it or dismissed it. However, Petyr Baelish is not a good man, and seizes the opportunity to declare his intentions of getting Sansa Stark into his bed. To make the whole situation worse, Christmas is coming, and Catelyn has come over all charitable: she’s invited her colleague to Christmas Eve at the Stark’s so he isn’t all alone at Christmas. Sansa is considering joining the Peace Corps, Margaery thinks the whole thing is hilarious, Catelyn is oblivious and Petyr is thoroughly enjoying himself. The question must remain: What DO you do when you text your crush telling him about your crush??

Situation: Arya Stark has dropped out of uni and is now fighting underground for money. Jon Stark was dishonorably discharged from the Night’s Watch a year ago, and now works in a coffee shop. Sansa Stark has recently gotten engaged to the CFO of her abusive ex-boyfriend’s multinational finance company, six months after the boy was brutally murdered under mysterious circumstances.
Problem: Robb Stark is getting married, so all the Starks must fly home. It is easy to obscure the truth from a distance, but Ned Stark comes from a family of police chiefs, and his wife is capable of the most convoluted interrogations the world has ever seen.
Solution: Arya, Jon, and Sansa have made a pact: work together to tell the truth (to lie their asses off).
