    Arcta Knight was once Velka (OC), someone training to be a Star Warrior. Her failures are well known and her friend eventually moved on without her. Feeling betrayed, she finds a way to forcefully take Star Warrior status and wreck havoc on Dreamland in revenge for being left behind.
