Then his old friend John Watson gives him a job offer. He warns him that the Holmes Family is fairly odd, but as Crime Families go they are one of the few with any morals they can claim. James doesn't need any more information and takes the position as the youngest Holmes' brother's bodyguard.
When he first meets 'Q' he's wearing stark red heels and knows that this job will be anything but boring.

Summary
When an accident leaves the Quartermaster blinded - possibly permanently - all of MI6 is understandably shaken up. It doesn't help that this happened in the middle of MI6 because someone who was supposed to be an ally turned out to be an enemy. It also doesn't help that said enemy made it past 007, proving that even 00-agents can slip up...and even hardened assassins can feel guilt.
The man who nearly killed Q also stole valuable information, though, and even blinded, Q isn't going to just let that happen. Woe-betide any head of MI6 or 00-agent who feels the need to get in his way...

Tony Stark is a genius, there is no doubt about that. You only have to look at his track record—MIT at age fourteen, built an arc reactor in a cave with a box of scraps, built Iron Man—and you realize that he’s one of the smartest people in the whole damn universe. Nevertheless, despite being so goddamn smart he sometimes gets headaches from thinking too much, Tony still has no idea how this happened.
And by this, Tony means being in relationship with Steve and Bucky. Together. The three of them. All at the same time.
