I will add to it whenever I see fit, and you will not complain.” Then, he had a thought. Maybe they just needed a reminder. “The list should stay short if you just use your common sense.”
He should have known it would never be that easy.

Oh, my god, he thought blankly, detachedly, hands hanging uselessly out in front of him. I just talked to a girl.
“You didn’t actually say anything, though,” someone said, and it sounded older, maybe by a couple of years, less pubescent than most of the kids his age.
Izuku looked around, cheeks reddening as he realized that some upperclassman must have witnessed his disaster story unfold, but he didn’t see anyone that looked any older than the students here to take the exam, like him. Maybe they had poked fun and walked away right after and he had missed them?
“Give the kid a little credit, Leader, this is his big day,” another voice chided.
“Tch,” the first voice—Leader?—said. “I still think it was pretty pathetic.”
“Oh, for sure,” the other voice replied. “He’s like an overstimulated chihuahua, but we’re the only two here right now, and I can only take so much of your pessimism before I try to defenestrate you. Or myself. Or both of us.”

“It so is,” Ashido huffed, straightening out her tie so the yellow stripes laid flat once more.
“It’s not!”
“It most certainly is, you crotch pirate!”
“Douche waffle!”
“Dick Dragon!”
“Alien freak!”
“That’s Alien Queen, to you, nut jockey!”
“I’d rather sell my soul to the devil for a wheat thin than call you the Q-word!”
“How do you guys even come up with this stuff?!” Hagakure shouted.
“She inspires me every day by fueling my incessant rage,” Bakugou hissed.

Summary
Izuku is seven when he boards the bus set for the nearest Quirk Internment Camp, hands bound in front of his body snugly from elbow to fingertip.
He isn't sure what's happening, exactly. All he knows is that he's been deemed dangerous--too dangerous to exist in normal society.
He isn't allowed to take anything, not even his notebooks or his favorite All Might backpack, and he wonders, as he sits on the bus, rope digging mercilessly into his skin, will anyone really miss him?

Cliff gapes at him.In which the hit that Cliff Marleau had on Shane Hollander goes a little different. For one, they’re in Boston. For another, Ilya realizes he might be panicking? Which is probably not something to do in the middle of a game. And, oh yeah, he just outed both himself and his not-boyfriend to an entire locker room of hockey players.
But that’s okay, because while Boston may be vicious, they do take care of their own. And they quickly realize that their captain’s happiness and willingness to stay with the Bears is tied to Shane Hollander. The solution is easy, they’ll just have to make Shane Hollander a Bear.
