This is my way of coping with 6.6
I think Dottore and Traveler (Lumine really) have such a potentially fascinating dynamic that Hoyo has set up, but didn't really explore as much as they could have in 6.6.
This is Lumine finding out a slightly more detailed version of Dottore's past and comes to a personal verdict on one of the most deplorable and despicable people she has ever met.

Pantalone’s hand climbs the line of the leather harness, teasing at the collar around Dottore’s throat. A finger slides beneath the ring. “The well-fed man does not understand the wants of the hungry, doctor.”
Perhaps not. But Dottore can see the hunger enclosed in Pantalone’s eyes. Endless and insatiable, it devours the violet of his irises, swelling out from the yawning maws of ink-dark pupils.
Dottore’s voice pitches low. “And what is it you want, Regrator?”
A story about power and intimacy and the romance of fair exchange. Also, Pantalone wears a corset.

Dottore says nothing. Pantalone takes a drag of his cigarette and continues.
"One of your subordinates came in looking for something. He reeked of antiseptic. I had to send him away."
Because he smelled like antiseptic?
"Because he smelled like you."
Alternatively: The funeral proceedings of a man who dared to fly too close to the sun. Forsaken by all, survived by one.
