When Vaughan Crelski returns to his family's farm after a failed attempt at a singing career in the big city, some of the things he learned about himself during his time as a metropolitan allow him to realize that his feelings towards the big lug of a farmhand whom he despised during his years before leaving might not have been as warranted nor true as he'd originally suspected, and furthermore, he begins to see the man in a light he never thought possible. Could the familiar burning in his chest be something other than unadulterated loathing?
As it turns out, it also helps that they both like wearing diapers.
