Summary
Shadow Milk, the ex-prodigy student and loner, and Pure Vanilla, the student council president and academic weapon, found themselves paired together for a school project when no one would pair with either of them, and the two begin to form an almost friendship like bond between themselves, even as Shadow Milk pulls and pushes away from Pure Vanilla trying to avoid attachment to this kind classmate, all while Pure Vanilla tries to understand his troubled classmate and help him through his other friendships and his unresolved struggles.

Maybe, sometimes he longed for any emotion to crawl out of his body, to thrash and fight, to cry and claw and bite, but nothing ever came. Shadow Milk was a well that had run dry long ago and all that was left was dust and dirt where water once flowed.

Verity turns around to face Mob who was staring at his face with a mix of anger and confusion, his eyes narrowing at the sight of the others wide smile. Verity opens his mouth to say something before being sharply cut-off by Mob who spoke first.

Till tried to genuinely help this poor viewer who he thought probably had a crush and was trying to win them over, “It’s way too straightforward. What if they don’t like you back? Or worse…they don’t like you because you’re too straightforward.” He smiled thinking of a person who won over their crush because of him, “Just go a bit slower and you’ll win their heart!”
