In a life where being smart means not being beaten or starved, Harry Potter turns out to be someone who should never be underestimated - someone who would go to the very edges of morality to preserve his life and to enact a vengeance on those who deserve it. This work aims to massively expand the canon as it is given in the books, as well as slightly tweaking any canon facts/implications. It is, in essence, a complete re-write of the books, starting with the 2 months leading up to Book 1.
