Summary
Doppio trusts Diavolo with his entire being, the more naïve alter unaware of their unique disposition with each other. They are never without each other, until a split is caused. The two are farther apart than they have ever been, and Doppio's blind trust is put to the test as Bruno Buccellatti's gang mistakes Doppio for an ally. Doppio must find the resolve in him to keep the Boss safe, but as he watches the progression of love and care within the gang, can he hold the same values as his other half?
This work was heavily inspired by monsterkiss's wonderful fic, "Being No-One Going No Where." I adore their writing and wanted to write my own spin on a Doppio-Bucci Gang team up! If at all this work is taken offensively or seen as copying I will take it down, I mean no harm! I just absolutely love love LOVE the concept.

The man's breath hitched. He was a fool for thinking he could hide from the god-program under his skin. A cloned hand gently held his face, the scruff of his beard brushing against it. Chernobog tilted its head, processing.

The following story is an adaptation of the scripts of 4 streams intended for production on the Dream SMP. Due to all 4 scripts being written before Ranboo’s death it is best to take this story as being in it’s own timeline that is respective of the character of Wilbur Soot. The actors have signed off that the actions taken by the characters in this story are accurate and representative. It is up to audience interpretation which timeline is canon to the greater storyline. For all future lore based around Wilbur, this is canon.

Summary
Tommy hums absent-mindedly underneath his breath as he continues on his walk, and just as he sees the school come into view, himself being right on time, his phone begins to buzz in his pocket.
He doesn’t think much of it. It’s a calm morning, the city is quiet, and he’s not thinking straight, with it still being early. He expects it to be some telemarketer, if anything. He doesn’t expect anything of the worst.
(He wishes he never picked up that fucking phone call.)

Technoblade told Phil once that he likened him to an angel, and Phil had laughed in his face, the sound of it ringing like church bells.
“Techno, mate,” he’d giggled, “I get I have the wings ‘nd all – “and what a sight they were, brilliant crows wings as black as the void, iridescent against moonlight “- but I’m not an angel, I’m just some guy.”
Technoblade had decided then that he’d work to prove Phil wrong, would work to make him angelic, even if it meant pulling down a halo from the heavens and placing it upon Phil’s head himself.

Technoblade does not believe he is worthy of being treated like a human, and Philza does not believe he is the angel that Techno claims he is. They both work to prove each other wrong. -
