The following story is an adaptation of the scripts of 4 streams intended for production on the Dream SMP. Summary
Tommy hums absent-mindedly underneath his breath as he continues on his walk, and just as he sees the school come into view, himself being right on time, his phone begins to buzz in his pocket.
He doesn’t think much of it. It’s a calm morning, the city is quiet, and he’s not thinking straight, with it still being early. He expects it to be some telemarketer, if anything. He doesn’t expect anything of the worst.
(He wishes he never picked up that fucking phone call.)

Summary
Technoblade told Phil once that he likened him to an angel, and Phil had laughed in his face, the sound of it ringing like church bells.
“Techno, mate,” he’d giggled, “I get I have the wings ‘nd all – “and what a sight they were, brilliant crows wings as black as the void, iridescent against moonlight “- but I’m not an angel, I’m just some guy.”
Technoblade had decided then that he’d work to prove Phil wrong, would work to make him angelic, even if it meant pulling down a halo from the heavens and placing it upon Phil’s head himself.

Technoblade does not believe he is worthy of being treated like a human, and Philza does not believe he is the angel that Techno claims he is. They both work to prove each other wrong. -

Over the ringing he could hear Phil’s voice, calm and steady, but he couldn’t make out any of the words. Awkwardly, he raised a shaking hand and wiped the blood from his eyes with the back of his palm. His skin stung, and that was when he knew something was wrong. Technoblade had been shot in the face before, hell, he’d been shot in the face with a firework before, and he’d been the one to do the shooting, but this was completely new.
His breath caught in his throat and, gently, ever so gently, he attempted to open his eyes.
Darkness.

Summary
The intruder’s name is Wilbur, and he’s eight. Phil pries this out of him with a stern look and a hand on his shoulder somewhere around the fourth or fifth time he invades their house.
“Everyone needs food and water, shelter, security, respect, and self-activisation,” the kid explains, ticking off the items importantly on his fingers.
“Self-actualization,” Phil corrects, not unkindly. Behind him, Techno rubs his eyes.
“Self-actualization,” Wilbur repeats, testing out the word in his mouth. “Huh. Anyway, I need those things, but I don’t have the wherewithal to get them. That’s why I had to take a few of 'em from you. Make sense?"
Phil’s eyebrows climb higher. “Wherewithal’s an awful big word.”
Wilbur shrugs. “I steal books, too.”

Summary
Techno rolled the bandages from the palm of one hand to the other; Philza couldn’t help but track the movement, almost entirely unwilling to tear his eyes from it.
He heard his friend give a sigh. “Phil, you know they’re gonna come off tomorrow when I gotta change ‘em out, right?” He didn’t sound annoyed. Far from it, in fact. There was nothing but patience in his words, a bone-deep understanding. His voice ached with it.
Philza drew in a breath. It filled his lungs and eased a burning in his chest he hadn’t realized was there. He let his eyes droop closed; he willed away the phantom weight upon his back, ignored the way that the darkness behind his eyelids reminded him of walls and not sleep. For a second, he swore he heard the winding of gears behind his head, click-click-clicking with every shift in his back and shoulders, pulling, tightening, folding -
“Yeah.”

Or, Philza is injured, and ghosts of darker times come back to haunt him.

Tommy didn't exactly think his "escape" from Logsteadshire through very well. He had basically no supplies, no food, was injured, and had to trek through the freezing cold and snow to have just a shred of a chance of revenge. It was looking pretty bleak for him as his head swam and his legs threatened to give out- good thing his older brother was exiled close enough to be a refuge.

Somewhere else, Wilbur Soot succeeds.)Tommy relived the moment L'Manburg blew up every time he closed his eyes, whether it was to blink, or to sleep. He heard the screams, cut off before they could even gain any true weight by detonations so loud that his ears still rung. He saw Tubbo, wide eyed and petrified as realization dawned. He knew he saw none of it, and yet it was so clear that it haunted him. A wretched dream, made worse by the guilt that plagued his every breath.
Out of all the people to survive. Out of everyone.
Why was it them?
Or
Wilbur blows everything to hell on the day of the Manburg festival, just like he wanted. When the ashes settle, it's just Tommy and Technoblade. It's just them, healing up in a world that never wanted them.
(And then it isn't, and the world is already upside down, so it only makes sense for gravity to give up on them entirely.)

Summary
The potato war came and went. Techno won, not by fighting, but by watching and farming and cultivating life until sheer numbers overwhelmed his adversary. When everything was said and done, he remained, trying to find a purpose amongst the massive fields of his island. He went back to working the fields underneath an unassuming sky.
Turns out, not leaving the island and waking up one day to find his communicator broken starts an unforeseen chain of consequences; no updates from the subworld to the parent server, and the whole island ends up noted as idle and gets put into the server's storage instead of being counted as a regular inhabited island. While Techno's still in it.
This...causes massive problems.
